MindNET was founded in August 2013 by two Nyenrode MBA students with the aim of contributing to technological innovation within the Ghanaian business market. Our primary focus areas are E-commerce, Business Consulting and IT innovation. Combining local knowledge with international experience, MindNET aims to be a leading provider of innovative technology and business solutions in Ghana. Our name and logo is derived from a philosophy of innovation in collaboration with others. The “MindNET” is a stylized representation of the left and right hemispheres of the human brain (mind). It is a net (work) of interconnected dots that represent various bits of information, as one would have it, on the internet. However in this case, this interconnectivity is found within the framework of the human mind.

Ghanaian, has extensive work experience in logistics and international trade within the A.P. Møller-Mærsk group of companies in Ghana as well as in the US, an advocate of knowledge transfer to emerging markets. He knows the local B2B market very well and has key contacts throughout Africa. He is creative, good with numbers and analysis and excellent in communication and networking. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Ghana and an International MBA from Nyenrode Business University, Netherlands. He speaks fluent English, Éwé, Ga Twi and French.
Japanese, has 7 years of working experience in Tokyo and Bangkok. She began her career with the Mizuho financial group, and expanded her experience as a financial consultant in various financial services. She is passionate about connecting Japanese to overseas opportunities. Experiencing life in Bangkok, she found business opportunities in emerging countries. Her strengths lie in research, planning and execution in addition to her financial knowledge. She obtained B.A in English and American Literature, Seikei University in Japan and an International MBA at Nyenrode Business University in Netherlands. She speaks Japanese and English.
Ghanaian, has close to decade of experience in IT related fields. With 7 of those years being continuous work in design, development and IT project management. The bulk of this time was spent at SMSGH solutions where he worked on a variety of software projects and was instrumental in the development of payments and collection platforms for clients such as ECG, URB bank amongst others. A further year was spent as the Technical Head of Africxpress Ghana Limited. Where he was in charge of technical direction, technical policy formulation and Project implementation. Kwaku holds an Advanced Diploma in IT and E-commerce from the School of Technology and Management (London) ,Honours Diploma in E-Technology Computing from NIIT Accra center and a BSc Computing degree from Sunderland University.
